Shridhar Joshi

Chief Executive Officer

Shridhar is a recognized slot industry leader and is the Founder & CEO of 2 By 2 Gaming. A respected slot industry leader with 25+ years of experience.
Early in his career, he joined a start-up gaming division at WMS as the 4th employee and helped it grow to $800 M+ in revenues & achieve #2 position in the Gaming Industry.
As VP of Global Product Strategy for WMS, he led the advanced R&D efforts, developed several successful products and created a ‘culture of innovation’.
Shridhar has extensive experience in new product development, product and portfolio management and strategic planning.
During his career in the gaming industry, he has been at the forefront of technological evolution and has played a key role in bringing new innovations to Gaming. He holds more than 60 patents and has developed globally successful slot games like Jackpot Party, Life of Luxury, Monopoly, Giant Riches, The Sand Princess to name a few.
Since 2012 Shridhar has been the founder and CEO of 2 By 2 Gaming, a premier games design company. 2 By 2 has delivered many successful games to leading online operators, e.g. Unibet, GVC, Mr. Green, Betsson; established gaming manufacturers, e.g. Bally, Incredible Technologies, Gaming Arts; and well-known social casinos, e.g. Tropworld, Best Bet, Chumba.
Shridhar holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Larry DeMar

President

Larry DeMar is an MIT computer wiz. In the last 40 years he has developed games and gaming systems in every arena imaginable and piled up accolades and awards for best of breed in coin-op videogames, pinball machines, slot machines, social games and online casino games.
In 1980, he won the Ernst A. Guillemin award at MIT for the best undergraduate thesis in Electrical Engineering. This award was for the creation of a video game system, which provided lecture demonstrations for MIT’s introductory probability and statistics class. Video games and probability would serve Larry well through 40 years of wildly successful game development.
Larry has founded and operated a series of very successful businesses starting with Vid Kidz, a venture with legendary game designer Eugene Jarvis, creating mega-hit videogames manufactured by Williams Electronics in the 1980’s.
Larry’s next venture, Cyberkidz, partnered with Pat Lawlor and led to the development of a series of award-winning record-breaking Pinball Machines that dominated the early 1990’s
Larry founded 2 tech companies with his brother Steven in the 90’s and after serving as Director of Engineering for Williams and Director of Slot Machine Development at WMS Gaming, Larry and Steven started Leading Edge Design in 1999 where their creative staff has been making games for land-based casinos, online sites and The Norsk Tipping Lottery in Norway for the past 23 years, led by their monster-hit Multi-Strike Poker game.
Larry also Co-Founded Spooky Cool Labs in 2011, now a Zynga company.
Larry holds 38 patents in the fields of amusement games, bowling systems, and casino games in the United States and other countries.

Steven DeMar

Executive Vice President Business Development

Steven De Mar is a serial entrepreneur. His focus is on emerging technologies about to reach critical mass. He recognizes these trends, and creates profitable companies in fast growing sectors.
Steven was one of the first Cellular Airtime Resellers in the country. He sold the recurring revenue stream from his customers to AT&T. He kept all his stores and sold them two years later to a regional operator.
InfoRamp was an early Internet Service Provider. Most small towns in Illinois were provided Internet service from the InfoRamp. This company served as a Gateway for a substantial part of Microsoft’s WEBTV service. Mr. De Mar sold this company to a subsidiary of the Weather Channel.
Steven is one of the Founders of Spooky Cool Labs. A company that is now part of Zynga.
Leading Edge Design has been his focus for the last 21 years. Steven has served as director of business development bringing the company’s slot machines and table games to locations in the United States and Europe.
Steven has a BS from University of Illinois (76) and an MBA from Kelly School of Business at Indiana University (78).

Bob Schuijt

MARKETING MANAGER

Bob joined Oddsworks in 2021. He has more than 17 years of diverse senior management experience and business development roles within the high technology and internet gaming industries.

Bob founded MB Consulting International INC in 2007 and still serves as President. MB Consulting International INC is a Florida company specialized in online casino consulting to the regulated land-based casino industry. One of its clients was WMS, a major Nevada licensed video slot manufacturer, which is now part of Scientific Games.

Prior to MB Consulting International INC, Bob was the Sales and Business Development Director at RealTime Gaming, a top-tier provider of online casino software licensing services for the global on-line entertainment market. Bob was responsible for signing up many new casino licensees for RealTime Gaming. Throughout his 4 ½ year career at RealTime Gaming, Bob has created and maintained excellent relationships with all major online casino and poker operators worldwide.

Prior to joining RealTime Gaming, Bob held a senior post as Corporate Controller with ID Interactive, a developer of video slots for the land-based casino industry.

Bob Schuijt graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1997 with an MBA degree in Finance. He is married, with three children.

Rebecca Bailey

project manager and goddess of gaming

Rebecca has decades of gaming industry experience. Her career started at Bally Gaming Systems, as a Corporate Trainer.
She traveled across the country training casino employees. Rebecca worked with all aspects of the system from the server side to reconciling the auditing data.
A Rebecca then joined IGT in their casino accounting training team. This group focused primarily on working within casino accounting departments across the U.S., offering customized training which included configuring and running customized reports, hard and soft count, ticket data, and player card data.
While at IGT, Rebecca had the fortunate opportunity to learn all aspects of gaming including testing stepper games as a Quality Assurance Engineer and verifying international translations, writing training documentation, and checking game rules for compliance as a Game Analyst.
Rebecca found her true passion as a Game Project Manager/Producer. During her career she worked on several hit titles such as Sex and the City, The Voice, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Elvis-and the list goes on! She loves working with teams in a collaborative environment to support their vision and creativity. Rebecca keeps a keen eye on schedule and scope to ensure that there is a balance between delivering on time without sacrificing game play.
After 17 years at IGT, she accepted a position as a Producer III at Everi Gaming. At Everi, Rebecca broadened her horizons in game development and project management. Rebecca handled all aspects of creating a game, from brainstorming game concepts all the way through to marketing and game release.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading, gaming and cycling and spending time with her family playing games and camping.
Rebecca is a graduate of University of West Florida and has been PMP certified since August of 2012.
