The deal aims to license the Leander LeGa RGS platform and games rota, utilising Leander’s LeGa remote gaming server platform in the US.

The deal marks Oddsworks as the fourth company to operate the LeGa system in North America for online gaming. This deal is seen as an achievement for Leander and also as a milestone due to the platform licensing deal accompanied by a purchase from Oddsworks of a selection of its proprietary games.

Steven Matsell, Leander CEO, explained the deal was a huge step for the company: “Under the terms of this deal, Oddsworks is getting to the best platform to supply their customer base and a great selection of games from the Leander catalogue. We’re truly happy to see this deal get off the ground.”

Across Europe and LatAm, the LeGa platform has made a reputable name for itself, already certifying itself through GLI-19. The plan for Oddsworks to integrate with US online casinos is in action, with aims to provide its game library to many operators.

Shridhar Joshi, Oddsworks CEO, said he was “delighted to be bringing a best-of-breed platform to the US online gaming market. Combined with our content, this feature-rich long-running platform has the capacity, speed, reliability and uptime to make Oddsworks a major force in online gaming.”

“We all know that content is king, as is the means to deploy it in highly regulated markets. With this deal, Oddsworks gets the best of both elements,” added Matsell.
